This is an adorable vintage pattern for a knitted dog blanket/sweater for large dogs and boxers and ladies' weskit. The pattern was designed for a large dog as pictured.
Knitting worsted was used in the original pattern with 1 pr. knitting needles US size No. 4. and Bone crochet hook No. 4. 4 Snaps were used for closure.
Also included in this pattern is an argyle vest or "weskit" in Women¿s Sizes 12 to 14. It was knitted with sport weight yarn with US Size No. 3 knitting needles. Entire weskit is worked in garter stitch.
