This is a vintage pattern for a knitted dog coat or sweater with a collar in a pullover style. It is designed to fit a medium size dog, and a Dalmation is pictured wearing this sweater.
The finished length of the coat is 20" from the back of the neck to the end of the back at the tail. Seven Ounces of Double Knitting was used with sizes 4 and 6 English size needles (Metric sizes 6 and 4.5 or US sizes 10 and 8).
