This is an old American crochet pattern for 18" baby dolls. It consists of a ruffle trim dress and matching panties, booties, sacque, bonnet, pants & hooded sweater.
The sacque set was designed for two contrasting colors and main color while the other two sets were designed with one contrasting and one main color.
These classic designs would be fantastic for reborns, real babies and preemies and should fit a wide range of dolls vintage and modern such as Berenguer, Baby Dear, Thumbelina, Zapf, Corolle, etc. Sizes are easily adjusted by using a smaller or larger hook and/or yarn.
The original pattern was crocheted with baby yarn US size F/5 crochet hook (English size #8) and the jacket & pants was done in double knitting.
