This is a vintage pattern for four styles of knitted dog coats or sweaters. The range of sizes (finished back length from base of neck to end of back at tail) is from 7" to 17 1/2".
The first Style is a Tweed Dog's Coat designed with a snug neckband and front zipper opening. Three sizes are given: 7", 8" & 9". They were designed to be knitted in three shades of yarn.The second style is a Pullover with a turtleneck collar (top left in photo). It is designed for a top back length of 11 1/4".
The third style is a Looped Dog's Coat. It has looped bands around the neck and lower edge. It is designed for a dog with a top back length of 16".
The fourth style is a Striped Dog's Coat in three colors that was designed for Dachshounds (Dachshunds). It has back shaping and leg openings. The length at center back is 17 1/2".
