This is a knit pattern for a two piece Sun Set and a long patio dress that was designed for the very popular British Chiltern Twins hard plastic 7 1/2" dolls in the early 1950's.
This pattern consists of a two piece skirt and sun top with stripes at the top and hem and a long patio style dress with lazy daisy embroidery at the hem.
Four ply was used in the original pattern.
These charming patterns will fit many modern, popular dolls in sizes from 7 1/2" such as Riley, Ginny, Betsy McCall, Amanda Jane, etc. with only minor adjustments to needle or yarn size.
