This is a vintage 1940 English knitting Pattern for Baby Girl Dolls 12" tall.
This pattern includes an Embroidered Jacket, Pixie cap, Dress, Booties, Pants & Undershirt/camisole with ribbon trim.
It was originally made in a 3 ply yarn with English Size 10 Knitting needles. It was designed for baby dolls from the 1940's, but would fit similar dolls such as Baby Face, Tiny Tears, Baby Sasha, Baby Dear, Betsy Wetsy, Helen Kish's Bitty Bethany, Dydee Baby similar body type.
