This is Simplicity 3879 Archives Baby Doll Clothes pattern in three sizes. This is one of the original late 40's early 1950's patterns that has been reissued by Simplicity Pattern Company. Simplicity has begun selling its archives patterns and has reinstated its copyrights to those old patterns.

Pattern includes: Clothes for Baby Dolls in three sizes S, 12" -14", M 16" - 18, L, 20" - 22". Patterns include Dresses & bonnet; Coat & Beret; Romper; Slip; nightgown. I believe this pattern may have been originally desiged for composition dolls such as Patsy and look-alikes.
