This is an antique British crochet pattern for 18" tall dolls.
It is a beautiful three piece set: scalloped edge bonnet, matching button front coat or dress and leggings with ribbon trim. The original pattern was crocheted with English size 11 crochet hook and 2 ply baby wool.
This pattern should fit modern dolls such as: Baby Dear 18", Dy Dee Baby, Thumbelina, reborns, Berenguer, Zapf and Middleton dolls and many dolls with similar figure types as well as real preemie babies.
