This is a knit pattern that was designed for the very popular British Rosebud Twins hard plastic 6 1/2" dolls in the late 40's and early 1950's.
This pattern consists of a one piece hooded Jumpsuit with pocket and belt at waist. Double pointed English knitting needles Size #14(Metric size 2 or US size No. 0) were used. Two ply yarn was used in the original pattern. This unique pattern would be perfect for custom designing to create one of a kind miniature garments.
These charming patterns will fit many modern, popular dolls in sizes from 6 1/2" such as Riley, Ginny, Muffie, Betsy McCall, Amanda Jane, etc. with only minor adjustments to needle or yarn size.
