This is an old English crochet pattern for dolls 14" tall.
It consists of a five piece set: Lacy dress; panties; bonnet; booties; and matching jacket Pattern. It adjusts with ribbons at the waist and neckline and should adjust easily to fit dolls within this size range. The original pattern was made in 3 ply yarn.
Even though this pattern was originally designed for hard plastic or compo baby dolls, it should fit Baby So Beautiful, Baby Face, Berenguer, Corolle, Tiny Tears, Tiny Kissy, dolls with toddler type figures.
