This is a knit pattern that was designed for the very popular British Rosebud Twins hard plastic 6 1/2" dolls in the late 40's and early 1950's.
This pattern consists of a short one piece jumpsuit with collar and pocket. This cute outfit is shown as a Tennis set, however it is such a basic design that it would be a versatile pattern to customize. Crochet Cotton No. 20 was used for this pattern. A set of four English knitting needles Size #15 pointed at each end (Metric size 1.75) were used.
This unique pattern would be perfect for custom designing to create one of a kind miniature garments.
These charming patterns will fit many modern, popular dolls in sizes from 6 1/2" such as Ellery, Riley, Ginny, Muffie, Betsy McCall, etc. with only minor adjustments to needle or yarn size.
