This is a Long Dress knitting pattern that was designed for the very popular Rosebud Twins (a British Doll Company) hard plastic six and 1/2" dolls in the early 1950's.
This pattern consists of a pattern for a Long dress with ribbon ties for hair and waist. This pattern includes crochet or knit instructions for making Socks and Shoes. This basic pattern would be perfect for custom designing to create one of a kind miniature garments.
These charming patterns will fit many modern, popular dolls in sizes from 6 1/2" such as Ellery, Riley, Ginny, Betsy McCall, etc. with only minor adjustments to needle or yarn size.
