This is a four piece knit pattern that was designed for the very popular British Rosebud Twins hard plastic 7 1/2" dolls in the early 1950's.
This pattern consists of a a Coat with collar, pockets and 3 button closure up front; Mittens, Bonnet with sewn down edge knitted trim, and Shoes. 2 Ply knitting yarn was used in the original pattern.
These charming patterns will fit many modern, popular dolls in sizes from 7 1/2" such as Riley, Ginny, Betsy McCall, Amanda Jane, Ann Estelle, etc. with only minor adjustments to needle or yarn size.
