This is an old knitting pattern for a six piece Outfit for 10" girl dolls. The Pattern include: Dress, Lacy Underslip (waist petticoat), Undershirt, Lacy panties, Socks and Shoes.
These patterns were originally designed for composition/hard plastic dolls from the 40's & early 50's. However, they will fit many modern dolls of similar length and body type such as ann Estelle, Tiny Terri, Nancy Ann; Debbie; Chubby School Girl, Littlest Angel, Avery, Linda, Lil' Imp, Patsy, using smaller yarn and or needles will shrink or enlarge the outfit sizes for Ginny, Muffie, Betsy McCall etc.
