These are early 50's Patterns for teen figure dolls from 10" to 18". Pattern contains knitting patterns for 3 sweaters and accessories.
School sweater is a cardigan style with button front. It uses 3 ply yarn and will fit dolls from 10" to 18" by knitting sleeve seams to proper length.
Striped Snow Suit Set with Mittens and Cap also uses 3 ply yarn. Short Angora Trimmed Sweater & Scarf fits dolls from 12" to 16". For larger dolls, instructions are to knit sleeves longer.
Even though this pattern was originally designed for hard plastic dolls from the 40's & 50's such as Ann Estelle 10" and 18", Linda, Sophie by Tonner, Maixi Muffin by Gotz, Sweet Sue, Ideal Toni, Madame Alexander Elise, this pattern will also fit modern dolls such as Fisher Price Mandy, American Girl dolls and many dolls with similar figure types such as some of the modern artist dolls by Kish and Tonner.
