This is a 1950'S style black Merry Widow Corset PATTERN/KIT, from Sew Retro Designs. It was drawn from the original 1950's Cissy garment and resized to fit Ellowyne Wilde.
Fabrics include black satin lycra fabric...and black stretch lace for the front panel. It has a zipper closing in the back.
This pattern is modeled by my gorgeous Ellowyne Wilde but it will also fit other 16" fashion dolls such as Tyler, Gene, Madra, Butterfly Ring, vinyl Goodreau MSD BJD dolls and others.
This reproduction corset pattern/kit is an original pattern made from the specialty fabric, lingerie lace and fancy elastic that is sold in our own Retro Shoppe.
Our patterns are fully illustrated and designed to be simple to sew. However, it is assumed that the buyer has a basic knowledge of sewing skills.
Pattern includes ONLY one Merry Widow Corset(and stockings pattern)PATTERN/KIT. It includes materials (zipper, laces, satin lycra, & trim) to make this item. *Note that stocking fabric is not included in this kit. Stockings were designed to be made from recycled stockings or tights.
Doll, shoes and other props are not included.
