This is an old knitting pattern for a six piece set for 10" dolls.
This pattern includes: Dress, Coat, Vest (undershirt), Pilch (underpants), Bonnet, and Bootees.
These patterns were originally designed for composition/hard plastic baby dolls from the 40's & early 50's. This dress and accessories would be adorable on dolls such as Ann Estelle. However, they will fit many miniature dolls of similar length and body type.
