These are vintage knitting patterns for an 11" baby doll layette. These patterns include: Dress, Bonnet, Vest (undershirt), Panties & Booties for a baby girl doll and Cap, Cardigan & Leggings for a baby boy doll.
These patterns were originally designed for composition baby dolls from the 40's. The chest measurement is 9". However, they will fit many modern dolls of similar length and body type such as Berenguer, Tiny Tears, Corolle & Zapf.
