This is a vintage British knit pattern from about the 1950's in two sizes. This pattern is for little girl dolls 14" & 17" tall.
This cute pattern includes a skirt, sweater, beret, coat and leggings in an unusual two-tone effect design. This old pattern would look stunning on modern as well as vintage dolls!
This outfit was knitted on #10 English needles (US size 3 or Metric size 3.25). A needle conversion chart will be included with pattern instructions.
Even though this pattern was originally designed for all vinyl or plastic baby dolls from the 50's should fit dolls such as Toni, Bitty Baby, and with minor adjustments, should fit American Girl dolls and those with similar figure types. Also, the 14" size, because of the style, should fit 13" Baby Face Dolls with only minor adjustments...possibly shortening the length of the skirt....in fact, this would be an ABSOLUTELY adorable style for Baby Face.
