This is an antique English knitting pattern for a five piece ribbon trimmed outfit for 9" dolls.
The Pattern includes: Dress, coat, undershirt (camisole), panties, and bonnet. Two ply fingering and English knitting needles size 8 (US size 5 or Metric size 4) were used in the original pattern.
This pattern was originally designed for bisque or composition dolls. However, it will fit many modern dolls of similar length and body type such as Ginnette, Tiny Terri Lee, Nancy Ann; Littlest Angel, Avery, Linda, Lil' Imp. By increasing or decreasing the size of yarn or needles will adapt sizes to larger or smaller dolls such as Ellery.
