This is an undated English Knitting Pattern from about the 1930's for dolls 12", 16" & 20" tall(3 sizes)for three separate outfits:
The set for the 12" doll consists of an outdoor coat and bonnet, dress and petticoat. The set for the 16" doll (shown on doll)consists of a Sweater/Cardigan, Knickers (panties), undershirt(vest), Skirt, Outdoor "Swagger Coat" and Hat. The pattern for the 20" doll is for a button front dress with short sleeves.
Even though this pattern was originally designed for bisque/composition dolls, this pattern will also fit a range of modern dolls such Bitty Baby, Reborn Berenguers, Zapf, Gotz, Corolle. Sizes may be varied by using different size needles or yarn.
