This is a reformatted copy of a knitting pattern made for the original 8" Betsy McCall when the doll was first manufactured (ca. 1957)...as pictured, these outfits will also fit 7" to 8" dolls such as Alexanderkins, Ginny, and similar sized dress me type dolls.

It features four outfits: Button front Coat; Outdoor set consisting of cap with tassel, Sweater with pockets and cowl neck and pants; Two piece Middy dress (skirt and top); and an Embroidered trim Sunsuit.

Instructions are given for English and US needle sizes, although this is an American pattern.
