This is a Vintage Knitting Pattern ca. 1940's for 15" baby dolls (chest measurement is 14").
It consists of patterns for Coat, Dress, Bonnet, Vest, Knickers (underpants) and Booties.
Even though this pattern was originally designed for hard plastic or composition baby dolls from the 40's, it should fit Thumbelina, and a variety of medium size dolls such as those made by Ideal, Berenguer, Zapf, Corolle and other baby dolls with similar figure types.
