This is an old Knitting Pattern from the 50's for baby dolls in sizes 12" (chest 8 1/4") & 14" (chest 8 3/4").
It consists of a 6 piece Knitting Pattern. Pattern includes Snowsuit with footed pants, "Dopey" hat, and Jacket; Lacy "Birthday Party" dress with flared skirt, short sleeves and collar; Seashore Set with Jacket, Cap, Bootees & Sunsuit.
Even though this pattern was originally designed for hard plastic, it should fit Tiny Tears, DyDee Baby, Baby Plassie, Baby Ginny, Baby Coos, Rosebud Baby and Tiny Kissy, and a variety of medium size dolls such as Bitty Baby and other baby dolls with similar figure types.
